Welcome to Elastica! First, decide what you want to achieve through training. What outcomes do you expect to see from the program? How do you want your mobility skills improved? Make sure you have no health issues that might be exacerbated by anything in this program. If necessary, consult with your physician.
Start the program by learning to do the exercises correctly. Follow the screen attentively. There’s no hurry! Learn one exercise at a time. When you think you’ve mastered them all, do the entire program from start to end. Accelerate your tempo so that eventually you get so good that you can move perfectly in sync with the presenter onscreen.
Stop exercising if you begin to feel pain or discomfort. Listen to your body to capture that special sensation of perfect elasticity, balance, and flight.
